Green Smoothie Recipe with Banana-Orange-Apple

You need:

  • 1 Banana diced
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1c leafy greens
  • Hand Blender or Nutri Ninja
  • water
