Fall is my favorite season of the year. I love eating homemade comfort food, drinking hot teas and coffee, wearing scarves, and seeing colorful leaves. In my first year on the vegan diet I did not have many vegan Fall recipes on hand. Therefore, I decided to gather many vegan fall recipes and summarize them all in this post.

What is so special about this vegan fall recipe round up?

Well, many of you know that I love to get deep into vegan nutrition and make sure all my meals are balanced. The two biggest mistakes on a vegan diet are not eating enough calories and not adding a source of plant based protein to your meals.
