Ready for a sweet(ish) smoothie without added sugar?
There are many ways to reduce added sugar in your diet, but sometimes we just need something sweet. If you struggle with sugar cravings why not try a sweet smoothie? Of course, this smoothie will not taste as sweet as a donut, but the natural sugar from the banana and sweet potato will definitely help curb the craving while fueling your body with important vitamins and minerals.
The more you replace sugar-filled, processed snacks with sweet fruits instead, the more sweet a fruit will taste to you and, therefore, will be enough to curb the sugar cravings.
