Healthy Greek Pita Recipe (21 day fix)

Divide all ingredients into 4 servings and 1 serving equals 1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow container or 350 calories per serving.



  1. Brown the ground meat in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop all the vegetables.
  3. Mix the yogurt with the pressed garlic, 1/2 t dill, 1/2 t salt and pepper (you can increase the amount to season the sauce).
  4. Layer your pita like in the picture: Flat bread, meat, veggies, and yogurt sauce.
  5. Divide all ingredients into 4 servings.
