Curried Sausage Recipe with Fresh Curry Sauce
A fresh curried sausage recipe under 30 minutes. This is a great street style food idea and tastes great with fries.
I got this curried sausage dinner idea from the German star cook Frank Rosin and changed it up a bit. Such a great idea to use bell peppers for the sauce, which give the curry a thicker consistency and a fresh taste.
Even though this is a street food idea, it tastes healthy, rich and natural. The curry, paprika powder and chili give the meal the curry flavor. You can add more chili if you would like it spicier.

How to make the curry recipe
I used one bag of this German sausage from Aldi, but you can use other brats or even hot dogs. A quality sausage makes the meal better though. I also like the red sausages better than the white ones.
Start by roasting the vegetables(diced) in a pan add liquids and simmer for 10 minutes. Then simply blends into a sauce with a hand blender or Nutri Ninja mixer. I used the Cuisinart smart stick to make the sauce.
Finish by adding the cut up sausage into the sauce and let simmer for 3 more minutes. Serve with baked potatoes, fries, fried potatoes or dinner rolls.
