Healthy Chocolate Avocado Pudding (400 Calories)

Chocolate Avocado Pudding with 400 calories. This makes a healthy breakfast or snack that is filled with protein to satisfy longer.

Are you searching for a healthy snack that will make you feel full longer?

When dieting and working out you need to fuel your body with the right food. Often have reached your daily calorie intake limit and still feel hungry.

Why is that?

You actually might be eating the wrong food. Just calculating calories won’t help you lose weight. The trick is to reduce carbs and add more protein to your diet for a lasting filling effect. Also adding fruits and vegetables to your diet will add all necessary vitamins and minerals that you need without adding calories.

Maybe you have been wondering why avocados are a fitness type food, when one avocado contains over 300 calories?! They are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids that keep you full and satisfied. As a result you can prevent over eating (source).

Including monounsaturated fatty acids to your diet will take away the hunger feeling while on a diet and even though it might seem like a lot of calories, these calories will help you lose weight. These fatty acids are also included in milk, olive oil, and nuts.

The best working diet plan that I have tested so far is the 21 day fix. This nutrition plan is high in vegetables, fruits and protein, adds the right amount of fatty acids to your diet and reduces the carbs.
