Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1.5 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1.5 cup (big hand full) baby spinach
  • 1 T milled flaxseed (or chia)
  • 3 dashes turmeric powder and 1 dash black pepper

Instruction

  1. Cut up the cantaloupe, remove the seeds and skin and cut into cubes. Fill everything into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. You can use normal chia or flaxseed as well. Drink slowly and enjoy!
