Why 21 Day Fix Desserts?
In the 21 day fix diet you are allowed to swap your containers 3 times a week with the snacks from the list below.
The snacks still have to be clean snacks, without added sugar, or packaged food with a lot of ingredients. Therefore I made this post so that you have some dessert options to swap out 3 times a week to calm your sweets cravings.
If you are NOT doing the 21 day fix you can simply use these 21 day fix desserts as a clean eating option and a healthier version than store bought snacks.
Some of the recipes do not swap as a yellow container, so always check the container count colors. Some of the 21 day fix desserts come with a calorie count, in case you are doing a low calorie diet.
The 21 day fix is the best meal and fitness plan I have tested so far. I lost 9 lbs. and 6 inches (waist) in 30 days, and no issues keeping it off. It is definitely not a crash diet, but a fast weight loss AND lifestyle change.
