Zero Calories Virgin Citrus Cocktail with Kiwi, Orange and Lemon
At the moment I am trying low carb virgin cocktails because I love drinking fancy drinks but I want them healthy and alcohol free. So I am searching recipes and changing them into low calorie cocktails without alcohol. If you want more healthy recipes sign up for my newsletter.
Today I tried the Low Carb Virgin Citrus Cocktail that contains kiwi, orange and lemon.
I don’t count calories for fruits since fruits are healthy and they require your body to burn more calories for digesting them than their actual calorie content (negative calories). That way this cocktail has 0 calories. Great refreshment on a hot day or after a workout.

How to make the Virgin Citrus Cocktail[ingredients title=”Ingredients”]
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 Lemon
- Club Soda
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
Squeeze out the juice of 1/2 lemon.
Remove skin from kiwi and orange and cut them into chunks. Add the lemon juice and put them into a blending cup. Use a blender to get it as liquid as possible. This affordable hand blender from Cuisinart does a great job.
Now pour your drink into a cocktail or 16 oz. glass and add ice cubes or crushed ice (about 3 big cubes).
Then fill the rest of the glass with club soda (seltzer water) and stir lightly.
