This amazing Vitamin Pina Colada Smoothie tastes just like the cocktial but contains a lot of vitamins. It makes a healthy snack and is a great smoothie for toddlers. It contains 3 servings of fruits with apple, orange, pineapple and coconut milk. I drink this for immunity boost and weight loss.

You are supposed to eat 5 servings of fruits an vegetables each day to meet you vitamin, mineral and fiber needs. Even though the best way to consume all the vitamins is to simply eat them, a lot of people don’t have the time or can’t handle the taste.

Especially with kids and toddlers it can get a little frustrating providing them with a balanced diet.

Vitamin Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe

[ingredients title=”Ingredients”]
  • 1/2 apple (1/2 serving)
  • 3/4 cup freshly diced pineapple (1 1/2 servings)
  • 1 orange diced (1 serving)
  • 3/4 – 1 cup coconut milk

You can mix all ingredients in your mixing cup and start blending. I love to use the Nutri Ninja to make my smoothies. This machine is so powerful and blends EVERYTHING! I used 1 cup of coconut milk but the amount is up to what consistency you desire.

All of your ingredients might not fit into the cup all at once, so I suggest blending one part first and then add the other part.
