How to prepare the Kiwi Colada Smoothie
You will need:
- 1 kiwi peeled and diced
- 1 slice pineapple (1 inch) peeled and diced
- unsweetened coconut milk (2/3 to 1 cup)
- Blender (I use this Nutri Ninja)
Put everything into a blender cup and mix.
This makes a big glass full of this delicious kiwi colada. Now sit back (in a hammock or comfy garden chair) and RELAX!
