Chocolate Avocado Pudding

400 Calories

  • 1 T chocolate protein powder or 2 T unsweetened chocolate powder
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup yogurt 137,
  • 2T chia seeds
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender cup.
  2. You can add the chia seeds now, or after blending.
  3. Mix all ingredients until creamy.
  4. Enjoy!
