Aldi Meal Plan: 7 Aldi dinner recipes for under $45
Aldi Meal Plan: 7 Aldi dinner recipes for under $45 PLUS Aldi grocery list with prices.
Do you love shopping at ALDI?
Sometimes it is hard to find frugal and simple recipes, or you just don’t have much time to meal plan.
Today I have 7 Aldi meals for under $45. You can simply print out the Aldi grocery shopping list that includes all prices. This will help you save time and energy on meal planning and money on grocery shopping.
The prices that you see on each recipe equal the price for the ingredients in the recipe. So basically you would get 7 Aldi meals for $37! But because you will have to buy some items in bulk (like the bag of onions) you will have some leftovers on ingredients.
Aldi Meal Plan Price and Shopping List
NOTE: I did not include salt, pepper, herbs (basil, ground cumin, chili powder), corn starch, beef bouillon, Parmesan (optional for topping), and milk in the Aldi meal plan shopping list. So please add this if you don’t already have it at home. I will make up for this because the chili recipe will give you left overs for one more dinner.
Just to be clear: the right side of the picture above is the shopping list. The prices may vary depending on the season.

Healthy Tortellini Bake $6.31
The Tortellini Bake Recipe is a healthy and low calorie dinner recipe. I got a pack of summer squash for only $0.99. You can substitute the zucchini with other vegetables that might be on sale that day. Eggplant or bell peppers are a good choice. The other half of ground turkey will be used in the spaghetti recipe.
Linguine with Mushroom sauce $3.02
This meal is super easy and frugal. Head over to read the full recipe.
One Pot White Chicken Chili $5.30
When you read this recipe, it calls for 1 chicken breast. You probably bought a pack that includes 3 chicken breast. You can either freeze the other 2 chicken breasts for another meal, or simply add them to the chili. Also add the whole bundle of cilantro instead of 1/2.
Easy One Pot Penne with Salami and Cream Sauce $4.88
One pot meals are super easy. After cooking this recipe you will have some left overs from the heavy cream.
TIP: Use the heavy cream left over to make a fruit salad desert: Mix heavy cream with 1-2 T sugar, blend it until thick and mix it with fruits of choice.
Easy Taco Salad with Ground Turkey $7.70
For the lattice in this recipe you can simply buy a bag of garden salad. For the nachos I like to use one box of taco shells and crumple them over the salad. Use the same cheese you bought from the tortellini bake to top the salad. This recipe is the priciest one of all because of the 2 avocados. You can leave them out, if you’d like to.
Tomato Spinach Penne $6
After cooking this penne recipe you will have some cream cheese left over. You can use it as a bread spread under some jelly, deli turkey or tomatoes. The tomato spinach penne is simple, tastes delicious and very easy to prepare.
Easy Spaghetti with Meat Sauce $3.88
So simple, yet so delicious! This is a recipe that you can always go to. It tastes good, is simple, very cheap, and even kids and toddlers love it. We used the other half of the ground turkey in the tortellini bake.
