I recently discovered the 21 day fix weight loss method and really liked the easy way to control your calorie intake. So I made a meal plan for my calorie range and created some recipes that would fit the daily meal plan.
I simply fixed the pork chops in the oven with some onions, tomatoes, salt, pepper and italian herbs. Then I roasted zucchini and added brown rice on the side. Not complicated and a very affordable healthy dinner recipe.

How to to prepare the 21 day fix pork chops recipe

Set up a pot for rice and cook according to the package.
Preheat the oven to 425F and prepare a casserole dish for your pork chops. Season pork chops with salt pepper and Italian herbs and add diced tomatoes and onions on top.
Now put the pork chops in the oven for about 20-30 minutes (depending on the thickness)
While the rice is cooking and the pork chops are baking, cut up the zucchini and bake in a pan with some salt and pepper.
Note: This meal equals 1 protein, 1 vegetable and 1/2 grain container, when you divide the meal into 4 servings.
