Today’s recipe is a healthy fish dinner recipe under 500 calories. You can pick any fish filet, I used tilapia. You can pick any vegetable on the side with this meal.  I got all my groceries at Aldi for a very affordable price.

If you are doing the 21 day fix you can count 1 red, 1 green, 2 yellow and 2 teaspoon or 500 calories per serving. This healthy Aldi meal is definitely filling and tastes very good.

21 Day Fix Fish Recipe

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Slice the Potatoes into wedges, cover with 4 t olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder (or fries seasoning, or old bay). Place the potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake until soft (20-30 minutes). Then dice the zucchini and cover in 4 t olive oil. and add 2 t Italian herbs and mix.


Add the zucchini to the pan and cook until soft (15 minutes). Add salt to taste. Bake the fish in a pan according to the package and add fish seasoning.

21 day fix fish recipe served with zucchini and potato wedges. Divide the meal into 4 servings. 1 serving equals 1 red, 1 green, 2 yellow and 2 teaspoon or 500 calories. You can reduce the amount of teaspoon if desired

  • 4 cups potato wedges
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 4 cups diced vegetables (zucchini)
  • 8 t olive oil
  • 2 t Italian herbs
  • 2 t fish seasoning
  • fries seasoning or old bay
  • salt and pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
